I've never hired a photographer before — where do I start?
Starting out doesn't have to be complicated.
The easiest first step is just sending me a message with the basics — what you're planning, roughly when and where, and what you'd like to do with the photos afterwards. That's genuinely all I need to get the conversation started.
From there I'll ask a few simple questions, talk you through what would work best for your budget and needs, and give you a clear idea of what to expect before you commit to anything. No jargon, no pressure.
If you're not sure what you need yet, that's fine too — sometimes the best starting point is just a chat.
Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Drop me a message and I'll get back to you within 24 hours. No hard sell, no complicated forms — just a conversation about what you need.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
7 days for standard delivery, with a rush option if needed (charge extra for this).
What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
A deposit of 20% will be retained if the job is cancelled or postponed with less than 2 weeks notice.
Do you travel for destination sessions?
Travel can be arranged but may incur additional cost depending on distance.
